LP to provide guarantees for land purchase and construction loans, or refinancing within the JV company. This also reflects LP's demand for property rights, preventing casual sales or additional mortgages without their knowledge, maximizing protection of investors' property rights and enhancing their investment confidence.

Project Management Division

GP is responsible for comprehensive project management, while LP authorizes GP to oversee all aspects, including design, construction, and management. LP refrains from interfering in regular management, ensuring the safeguarding of investment interests.
